Hello -

Here are two ways to find it:

1.) Select an existing table or query first (don't open, just select).
Assuming you have the standard toolbars displayed, the second toolbar button
from the right (in-between the Relationships button and the Help button) is
the New Object button. Your last choice is remembered, but the default choice
is New Object: Form. Select this button. You should see a New Form dialog box
that includes several Autoform choices.

2.) Select the Forms tab in the database window. Click the New button. This
will open the same New Form dialog box.

Hi Jie Zhang,

You're welcome. You might also find a Word document that I call "Access
Links" helpful for learning Access. You are welcome to download a zipped copy
from here:

http://www.accessmvp.com/TWickerath/

The first three pages includes lots of good information for anyone learning
Access. This includes special characters to avoid, reserved words, database
design, best practices, references, locking database file, etc. There are
also two hyperlinks that I show in red font, on page 4, that will help you
prevent problems in the future with duplicate indexes and missing Option
Explicit.

Also, check out Access MVP Crystal's Access Basics tutorial:

Enjoy your journey learning Access! Post back if you have an issue that you
cannot figure out.
