A problem with printing documents via Microsoft XPS Document Write

D

Dennis Garavsky

I have detected a strange issue and reported it here:

https://connect.microsoft.com/onenote/feedback/ViewFeedback.aspx?FeedbackID=434953

First, I have to say that it is not critical for me. I reported it just to
improve your products. But unfortunately, your guys did not respond to me
already for about a month.
So, my general question is - how often do you review the bugs your users
reported? I feel that here may be my fault too, may be I posted under wrong
product? I am OK in general, but against your answer I will correct my
"tracking" strategy, for instance to visit http://connect.microsoft.com one
time per two months or something like this)))
I do understand, that you have a lot of other users with their own problems
and other internal matters that consume your time, but I think it would be
good for your customers to know before posting some feedback that it will be
addressed and won't be lost in the NULL device.
For instance, in our company we wrote on our support site: "your questions
will be answered during 24hours". It seems to be fair enough. What do you
think?

I am looking forward to hearing from you, Microsoft representatives. I have
to repeat that I am OK and I greatly appreciate everything you do, I am just
curious...

Thanks in advance,
Dennis

Dennis,

This is a user-to-user support newsgroup; MS representatives aren't expected to
and generally don't generally respond to questions here.
