A program is trying to access email addreses messages - Outlook XP

When I start outlook - and many other times - I get a message box that pops
up saying:
A program is trying to access email address you have stored in outlook. Do
you want to allow this.
If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose No."

I click on no and it goes away, but it's a bother I would like to get rid of
permanently asap. I am running Panda antivirus and not sure if it is related
to Panda or what.

Thanks for replies.

Are you using any other addins for Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft put in
additional security in certain versions of Outlook to protect users.

If addins are not properly written then they bring up this prompt.

To check which addins you have installed.

Go to your Inbox
Click Tool-Option.
Click the Other Tab.
Click the Advanced Options button
Click Com Addins

The screen that comes up will have a list of all the addins that are on your
computer.
Any addins that are ticked are currently enabled.
