A program is trying to access email addresses . . . .

Everytime I try to compose an email I get this message:

A program is trying to access email addresses you have
stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?

If unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
chose "No".

Allow Yes, No.



How do I get rid of this message?

I have downloaded all updates and check with ant-virus?

Help?
