A program is trying to access my contacts. What can I do?

Message: A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in
Outlook. Do you want to allow this? (Yes or No)

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose No.

I do choose No! but how do I get rid of this message? I ran scans for
viruses and none exist. I have updated to the current versions of software.
Outlook has been running on my laptop for 6 months just fine. Now, this!
Any help would be appreciated.

What action did you perform right before this message came up? The reason
that I ask is that there are legitimate 3rd party applications (e.g. Adobe
Acrobat [full version not the reader], PDA, FAX, .etc) that can trigger this
dialog.

I get this same message and it began once I updated my Norton Antivirus. I
am not computer savvy so any suggestions in layman's terms is helpful.
