Any idea how I can disable this error message. It seems to be occuring
repeatedly and no mail is getting through from my 3rd party application.

Thanks Brian, sorry I did not explain the situation correctly.

The 3rd party application we are using - we are not developing this
application. We are looking for a way around this by perhaps changing the
security settings for outlook?

If you read the page that Brian suggested, you'd see there is no simple client setting to get around the security prompts.

But that's not a client setting in Outlook. It's a third-party utility.
