A program is trying to send email ....

I have a user who sends out billings from an automated system by individual emails to the billed person as an attachment. She receives the message, "A program is trying to send email on your behalf. Do you want to allow this?" She then has to hit "yes" for each of about 300 emails. How do I save her from carpal tunnel syndrome?

This is a security feature in Outlook designed to prevent a virus or other
malicious code from sending messages programatically. Relaxing this
security requires the user connected to an Exchange server. If you are not
using an Exchange server this feature cannot be defeated without the use of
possibly a 3rd party (unsupported) application. For more information please
refer to the following article:

Hope that helps!!

Thank you!

It's a feature. :)
