a programme is trying to access address book

I know what it is, its Norton Antispam, and its also Hotmail. My question is
every time a click on "this is spam" a dialog boz appears saying a programme
is trying to get access to my address book, allow for x number of seconds, or
deny. It also does this now I get my hotmail emails thru outlook too. How do
I prevent this happening, it never used to do this but for some reason it
asks me every time.

Any help is much appreciated.
