A project shows up on a remote server but not on the central server with web access

We have a number of users that log in to the project list remotely.

I have one user who has saved her project (incorrectly) to the remote
server. She saved, did not import.

It does not show up in on my Project Web Access under the project
listing, but DOES show up in the "check-in Enterprise Resources"
area.

It also does NOT show up under "clean up Project Server Database"
so I can't delete it (her request).

Any idea why this project would be falling into a gap?

If anyone is looking at this, I found my own answer. The user had
saved but not collaborated. Once they did that, the project showed up
on PWA. simple but important! Another reason to collaborate!
