A question about Create a fully trusted form

Dear All:
When I using the RegForm to Create a fully trusted form,I'll receiving
following message:

Error: Form c:\newuser.xsn contains an invalid form definition (.xsf) file
E:\DO
CUME~1\GAOWEI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\RegForm\manifest.xsf.
The document cannot be loaded from the file
E:\DOCUME~1\GAOWEI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\R
egForm\manifest.xsf.
System error:
Completed with errors.

Before this step,I have changed the form definition (.xsf) file and XML
template(.xml) manually,I added attributes(requireFullTrust="yes"
name="urn:MyForm:MyCompany"
) to the xDocumentClass element and replace the href attribute by this two
attributes in the XML Template file.Then I used WinCab to repackage the files
into the .cab and rename the .cab file to .xsn file.
