Hi all,
We are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 in our
office. I am wondering if it is possible to set it up so
that the meeting appointment will show up in the
recipient's Calender even before the recipient open or
act on the meeting invitation. I perform a test with my
co-worker and we realize that the meeting will show up on
the recipient's Calender after the recipient open up the
meeting invitation email notice. (it is before the
recipient click "accept" or "decline" the meeting
invitation) I just want to know if Outlook can input the
meeting information even before the recipient opens up
the meeting invitation. Someone in my office told me that
it could be done before but now she can't do it anymore.
Can anyone advise on this? Thanks.
