"A recently installed program may cause MS Office .... to function improperly"

I am getting the following message "A recently installed
program may cause MS Office or other email to function
improperly". Outlook say that it can try to fix the
problem. However, it doesn't appear to work. From what I
can see OUTLOOK is functioning correctly.
How can I get rid of this message?

Thanx in advance for your help.

What programs have you recently installed?
Have you run a SpyWare check?
Is your virus checker up-to-date?

Hi Ghengis

The software installed was the office service packs 1 thru 3, the outlook service packs plus all the security patches. All installed as they should, with no errors. For what ever reason the oleaut32.dll file was not updated and I can not replace this file, no matter what I have tried. Any suggestions
