a report w/ intelligence : school progress report

Greetings-

I am working with a few different teachers to create a database (Access
2002) of benchmark results. Benchmarks, where I work, are curriculum-related
tests that are implemented at the end of every nine weeks and are for each
content area.

I have Excel files (stu_id, stu_name, 1st-9wks-math, 2nd-9wks-math, etc.) of
how the student did on the tests. Example: 569123, John Smith, 78, 87, etc.

I would like to create a report that automatically contains the following...

-a place, at the end of each page (each page per student), where the parents
can sign as an acknowledgement of seeing the results

[I need help in regard to forcing Access to give each student their own page
for data]

*** and a place on each page where certain curriculum related tips are
included.

For example, if a student failed two of their math benchmarks, a few tips
about how best to review math would automatically be included on the specific
student's page. Example two, if a student failed a math and a science
benchmark, Access would automatically show tips for both content areas.

[ How can Access be told to do something like the above?]

[ Can Access be programmed to have the intelligence/conditional behaviors to
automatically insert certain tips (read with your child for 20 minutes a day)
if certain criteria are met (current reading score is less than 75%)?

I appreciate any help.
