a report

I want to give a user an access to a single report only. I
made a shortcut from the report to the user's desktop. But
when I open the report, I still can see on the background
the whole database. How I can hide the database on the
background or is there another way to do it?

Thank you Cheryl,
I did what you told me to do. It works, but there's
another question.
If the user clicks on the file menu and selects the last
accessed file, he gets the whole database window or full
access. How I can prevent viewing this?
