A required installtion file ZN561401.CAB could not be found

Receiving this error message when opening Outlook:

Installation error:File not found__A required installtion
file ZN561401.CAB could not be found.
Original installation source required: IF you installed
Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 over your
computer network, please browse the installtion source on
your network. Once you have located your installtion
source, click OK.

Anyone know why this message is being received and what
can be done to fix it? Any help would be appreciated!!
