A rule to file email when a specific recipient (not me) appears in

Is it possible to create a rule in Outlook that will check the Cc field of
incoming emails for a specific address (that is not my own) for the purpose
of filing?

I can easily sort by a specific address in the To field, as well as my own
address in the To or Cc fields. I can't seem to find an advanced
customization to meet my needs.
