"A runtime error has occurred, do you wish to debug?" What'sthis?

In calling up the training for OneNote, I continuously receive the message:
Runtime error, do you wish to debug?
I click on "no", and the messge reappears 3 more times, and then the screen
I wanted comes up - BUT! Not the example screen to work with!
