I'm running into a problem that I've never seen until just recently. I found
out that others that I work with are having the same issue.
I have several databases that my employees use that have a button configured
to email reports that are built in the database. My IT person has changed
the format of the report from snapshot-we've used this for quite some time-to
a pdf format. The problem is this: when the email is created, the user
clicks the send button in the email and the email does send; however, the
email does not close.
This is quite frustrating. We have recently updated all our databases to
the Access 2007 format and we are using the latest version of Runtime.
Does anyone have any ideas why the email will not close once it is sent?
