A silly question I'm sure!

What does the Print Data Option in Reports Page Setup actually do - I'm using
Access 2007. I can't see any difference in my report whether it's ticked or
not and it's really irritating me! Thanks for any answrs

Sheila,

Good Question. You're right, it doesn't seem to do a thing in A2007. In
A2002 it seems to hide the labels and line and probably pictures, but not in
the page footer. I guess they didn't think of everything. ;) Don't fret
over it. Microsoft has bigger issues. Have you seen the PC/Mac
commercials?

In 2007 for me it works.

When ticked - it removes the column names/labels and also dividing lines so
that one literally has only data.

If you untick then these return....
