a speech recognition problem

Hi,

I install the speech recognition for Word 2003 2 weeks ago, it worked really
well in this computer. But now 2 weeks later, I need to use it again, in the
same computer with the microphone on, I click in Speech in Tools menu,
nothing appears, and there's no Language bar. I tried to search in the
internet for the solution but I couldn't find any information on that. Can
someone help me? I'm using a laptop computer.
