A stencil used on Ms Excel,Ms Word and other specialised programs eg:
Engineering & Architeture, to check if projects, tests or assignments are
correct and precise. Stencil oringinal document and paste transparency over
page or section needed to be evaluated. Errors can be matched against the
original. Stencil can also be saved onto the page being evaluated which in
turn could also be printed. Original can be saved on disk, emailed or right
protected. Can be used by Universities, colleges, technicons & schools for
evaluation. Also a useful tool for companies during training process, can
also be used for self analysis. A useful tool used for precision. Makes
evaluation easier and quicker. Fault finding is spot on and enables user to
identify were strengths and weakness are. Trainee and trainer can see exactly
were errors were made. Enables growth and developement on arears which need
attention.
