You just need to know where to look. Set the font to either Arial Unicode or
Lucida Sans Unicode, and look in the Mathematical Operators section. The
hexadecimal code for the character is 2234. When you click once on the
character, click the Shortcut button and make a keyboard shortcut for it.
As an alternative, in the body of a document, select one of those two fonts,
type 2234 and press Alt+X. Having done that once, make an AutoText entry of
it by selecting the character and pressing Alt+F3.
