A Tale of Two Messages

Two messages from same sender, 2 hours apart, one with a 269kb attachment,
one not. Both received on desktop through Outlook Express with WIindows XP,
but only the one w/o the atttacment was received on laptop running Vista and
Outlook 2003. This is very troubling, not to mention perplexing. I have no
confidence I am receiving all my email with my laptop, even from trusted
senders. Can anyone solve my mystery?

Are you using an antivirus and/or antispam scanner on incoming email? If so,
disable the scanning.
