A Tale of Two Messages

Two messages from same sender, sent two hours apart, one with a 269kb
attachment, the other without. Both messages received on my desktop through
Outlook Express running XP. But my Vista running laptop with Outlook 2003
only received the one message without the attachment. This is very
troubling, not to mention perplexing. There have been other occasions where
trusted senders have said thy have sent me emails but I have not received
them on my laptop. Can someone please help solve my mystery and restore my
faith (and sanity)?

Do you have rules running that might move the emails? Have you checked your
junk mail folder? Do you have any antispam software installed that might be
the culprit?
