A task wit float time

I am preparing a Gantt chart for a project. I have some tasks that are
critical but quite short -- for example a 1 hour meeting. The meeting can
take place ANYTIME within a two week period of time. How can I show this on
my Gantt Chart?

The Visio Gantt chart wizard does not appear to support slack time. Normally
you would enter a Start and End time and a duration for the task. With slack
time, the length of time availablr for the task would be shown as a line at
the bottom from the start to the end time and there would be a rectangle
indicating the actual task with a length of "duration". Normally the
rectangle representing the task would start at start time or if this has
passed, the current time unless the end of the task would be beyond the end
time.

I tend to use Project or Excel for drawing Gantt charts. (Sorry Mark. ;-) )
