I want to build a database of knowledge I am learning from Excel
Microsoft News Group. Basically I want to copy/paste the knowledge
from this NG to a data base for future reference to avoid looking for
same things many times in the Internet. Is there any good template to
suit my request. I already searched the Microsoft template home but
couldn't find one close to my topic.

Tony Toews built a simple "Newsgroup Answers" database, primarily to help
him in answering FAQs. It sounds a bit like what you're looking for. You

Thanks for your post but that was not the one, I am looking for.
Microsoft has a template called issue. That is a good one but needs some
changes.
