Hi all,
In my business we use Outlook 2003 together with Exchange. Earlier we used
Lotus Notes/Domino. In Lotus Notes/Domino we had three address books, the
Lotus Notes/Domino address book (containing the users of the system and group
addresses), each user's personal address book - and one additional one with
contacts outside the business. In this last one we had a few group addresses
which people sent email to from outside Lotus Notes/Domino system. These
emails was then forwarded to all the members of the group.
Is it possible to do the same in Outlook/Exchange?
As in Lotus Notes/Domino we don't want to have all these people into the
common address book in Outlook/Exchange because they aren't users of our
system. Is it possible in Outlook/Exchange to have a third address book
accessible with full rights for all users allowing people outside the
business to send inn emails to a group and then have these mails distributed
to all the members of that group?
Our Outlook/Exchange experts aren't able to find the solution - but I'm
certain it must be one. Can you help? If you can, please let me know. On
beforehand thank you very much.
