A timer in open documents

M

millar.es

Nowadays, when you share documents over servers, on intranets, sometimes you
find you can not open a document (to change something in it) because someone
else is using it ...but is it the case?, or simply he/she forgot to close the
document after use? It creates dispair waiting to change a document (you have
option to read already) for hours because of someone else misuse.
If any open document has a timer and after 10 minutes without changes, it
closes down, it will allow other users to access it not just for reading it
but for changing the information within it.
