A tutor video or extra info on Reference/citation function

Hi out there to all!

I'm giving a free seminar to grad students up here at Northern Illinois
University. Although the ref/citation function can be cranky at times (I use
APA) my overall experience with this function has saved my sanity and hence
my life!

Is there a video tutorial or something else I can add or reference students
to. I'm not presenting this class as a programing seminar, just a users
perspective, it will only last an hour to give an overview. Hopefully this
will help students and create business for Word 2007, informal surveys at
open houses have shown me that few people know of this function, even those
that own word 2007!

Sugestions are welcome, thanks out ther to all in cyber-land.
