Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange When trying to upgrade my EWS version from 13.0.0 to 13.0.3 I receive this error. Since I am using the full Office 2008 for Mac I do not understand how this is possible. Anyone out there know what I can do to resolve this?

Thank you Diane for the tip. I tried these steps, which took some time, but nothing seems to work. I will try re-installing Office then re-applying this update to Entourage to see if all is well then. Will post results then.
