A way to automatically save documents?

If a user has a document open in an Office app, and they select Start/Logoff,
the Office app prompts them to save the document. It's a problem if they walk
away from their computer, leaving the computer open and exposed waiting for a
response.

I read somewhere there are Office APIs that can be used to automatically
close/save docs if the Save As dialog box comes up.

Anyone know about this?
