I'm have XP Pro and IE 6.0.2800. I was using Office 97
and have installed Office Pro 2003. Email works fine and
the old .pst folders imported as expected. Now, when I
click on a MailTo link in a website or a MailTo link in
an email, multiple copies of IE open filling the memory -
60 plus of them.
I looked in the knowledge base and found one topic,
312346, about making an association with URL:MailTo
Protocol by adding a path to Outlook, but that has no
affect on the multiple IE windows.
