A weird problem when replying

Outlook 2002 SP3

I encounter a disgusting problem when replying to certain senders of e-
mails. When I write an answer I do not see the quoted text inside the
replying window. When I send it, the quoted text appears ABOVE my
reply. Where's the problem?
