I created a word template using Word 2003. one user complained that the doc
crashed twice on her when she's clicking on a checkbox. I was able to
recreate the issue but would take me very long time, and tried all the crazy
things like clicking on different check boxes back and forth.
I don't know how to fix it since i can't figure out what caused the crash.
does anyone have the same experience?
Any help will be really appreciated.
