A2000 MDE not showing linked images

I have an A2000 mde that I wrote that links to many images (jpg) in the
reports..

If you are running the runtime version, the jpg's don't show up on all
installations.. But if you link to BMPs those work fine..

If you are running the full version of A2000 it always works..

this happens on Win98 and WinXP so I doubt it's an OS issue..

Is there something that I may be missing in the runtime distribution
that I made using WISE??
