A2003 Problem accessing certain SQL records

hi,

I have a client who occasionally delves directly into the tables in her
Access database to correct certain situations that our software is not
designed to handle. The tables are linked SQL 2000 tables. Access is
using DAO.

Now and then, she'll run across a record, get "Access has enountered a
problem and needs to close"...she'll get that consistently on certain
records, but the majority of the records are OK. We run optimizations
on the db and indexes every night. I am able to remotely access the
same records and make the needed corrections.

Any ideas?
