A2K3 ADP runtime problem selecting the connection

Anyone had experience running ADP/SQL2000 on a Runtime environment? When I
execute it with standart A2K3 it gives a login dialog on a startup (server,
user, psw, database...) but on RT it just closes after two seconds showing
nothing but grey background :(
Interesting that after connecting once through A2K3, I see small dialog
(user, psw) on RT and can login. But if I want to change DB connection
(press Cancel during login - A2K3 gives extended dialog) RT throws a
standart error (OK -> Exit).. :-/
Does that mean ART doesn't have the extended login dialog module???
How can I include it not recreating manually???
