A3 formatting

I use Word 2000 and I made a form document. It has two A4 pages but it
should be printed on a A3 paper (Both pages on one A3). Now I haven't found
in page settings A3 format and I thought it would be easiest to change text
direction and page orientation to landscape. Any ideas how to do it?
