AAA Need an Access 2000 consultant

I am a Quality Assurance Engineer for a large corporation. I have developed
a number of Access software tools we use during our business operation.
Unfortunately i'm not a programmer.
I am having difficulty with a couple of my programs with multi users.
I am located in Monmouth county NJ
I prefer someone who could spend some time on site, but I would consider an
E-consultant if we can talk and agree on some terms.
