I would like to see the option to 'pan the ribbon' so that all the menu items
flow with left mouse drag.
The flow should be like if I drag it and stop, then it should keep flowing
at that speed similar to the scroll option in pdf documents.
For example in Word - the flow is from Home, Insert, Page layout,
Reference, Mailings, Review, View.
I am aware that the simple scroll can be accomplished by using the scroll
button in the mouse.
