Currently, the subdocuments will only pick up a title from the first word
typed in the content area. There are times when I want to just give the
subdocument title a more meaningful directly on the tab. Right clicking does
nothing.
Additionally, when the subdocument does pick up the first word, it does not
display until you switch to another tab. Perhaps this was intentional but if
I had the ability to add my own subdocument title, this "slow" issue would
not be a problem.
