Ability to select one of several meetings in a single meetingrequest?

I am trying to improve upon a process that my company uses to schedule
a similar meeting a different times.
Currently, a separate email is sent out for each time the meeting is
offered; therefore, each employee receives numerous emails, and each
must sort through all of them to select a suitable time to add to
their calendar.
Is there a way to use radio buttons or some other method to put all of
the suggested times in one email and let the recipient pick one of the
options offered?
Thanks,
Marc

Create all of the appointments in a calendar you have for yourself. Then
create a message to all of your potential attendees telling them to "pick
one". Attach all of the appointments as separate attachments on the same
message. They can double-click the one they wish to attend.

Hi Brian,
Thanks for the suggestion. I am testing it out now.
I made this suggestion several years ago, and got no support here.
Now, in less that an hour, I might have something to work with.
I will follow up with you when I see how this is working.
Thanks again,
Marc
