Ability to View Time Entered in PWA

Is there a way for either the PS Administrator or the Project Manager
to view time entered by a Resource on the Resource's timesheet in PWA
if the Resource has not selected the Update All or Update Selected Rows
on the timesheet page (i.e., a report or view)?

Using Project Server 2003 with SP2.
