able to send but delay about 30 seconds receiving new email

I installed Office2003, on my Outlook, I was able to send, but there is a
delay of 30 seconds before I receive new email message. Once I click Tools
menu and click Send/Receive, I received my new emails, and I tried to
redefine the setting group with schedule an automatic send/receive every 1
minutes which the least that I can set, but still 30 seconds delay receiving
new messages. Any idea to fix this issue?
