Abnormal printing of bulleted list inside repeating table

There is a bulleted list inside a repeating table, I
found that every first item in the bulleted list
printout to be abnormal. This problem only appear
on the first item of the bulleted list.

Example problems, let @ be the bullet
Correct Printout: @ Item 1
Sample: @I tem 1
Sample: @Ite m 1

Both samples are abnormal as it should be @ Item 1,
there is misterious spacing problem found only on
printout. Print preview is normal. Tested on 3 different
printers and 2 different PCs the same. Please help.

Ian, would it be possible for you to email the sample form to me that shows
