abnormal program termination error when changing user profile

I get the following error when the first time I start outlook using one
profile after previously using another profile:

Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library
Debug Error:
Progam: C:....Outlook Exe
abnormal program termination

The next time I start it with that profile it works fine.

What needs to be done to fix this?
