I have an access program that was originally created in Access97 then
converted to Access 2003. I am running this program under Windows 2000
Professional using NT technology and I do not get an error when trying to
print. However, I have a client who is using the same program running under
Windows XP and she gets the following error message whenever she tries to
print labels using the program:
------------
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program:C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\MSACCESS.EXE
abnormal program termination
-------------
Can anyone tell me why she is receiving this message and why it is a Visual
C++ runtime Error
Thank You
