abnormal program termination

Anthony Litterio

I have a user that is using Office Standard 2003 with all of the appropriate
updates. When she tries to copy an E-mail address into a Word document, she
receives a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error, in Program
winword.exe and says abnormal program termination. Does anyone know what
could be causing this?

Thanks
Tony

A Visual C++ error indicates an error in a third-party add-in. Here's
an article you can use to help troubleshoot this issue:
