Abnormal Termination

To all,

I have this problem with Outlook2003. My system is XP Pro
SP2, IE6. Norton 2004. I have installed all the updates
for Office 2002 OEM and XP.

I have 3 profiles setup on Outlook 2003. Each time I
click on Outlook Exe, it gives me this error message:

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, Runtime Error.
Program: C:\Progra~1\Micros~2\...\outlook.exe.
abnormal program termination."

When I click on the second time it works fine. Any one of
the profile I choose, it generate the same error message
and if I click the second time, for the same profile, it
works fine.

I have tried reinstalling IE6, Detect and Repair Outlook
2002, I get the same symptom.

Appreciate if anyone of you can assist. Many thanx in
advance.
