I wanna deploy a Word addin to the computer of customer,
however, how can I prevent user uninstall my addin?
or make Word invalid if my addin is absent ?

This is an Access newsgroup, and therefore not an appropriate place to ask
questions about Word add-ins. I will say, though, that your customer would
almost certainly be in a position to sue you if were to do such a thing.
Indeed, in some jurisdictions, you might even be leaving yourself open to
criminal prosecution, as what you propose might be construed as falling
within the legal definition of a virus.
